Adjustments: Complaints must be registered within 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned. Authorization must be given first by means of R.O.G # for return of merchandise.

Country of Origin: All items manufactured must bear a country of origin marking in accordance with US Customs regulations. Most products in this catalog will be placed in poly bags imprinted with the country of origin. Certain circumstances require a origin sticker to be placed on the product. Most items made by IDproductsource are manufactured in China.

• Examples of our imprinted products showing logos within our website, printed, or online catalogs serve as examples of our imprinting techniques and are not presented for resale and nor are they to be interpreted as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner(s).
• Breakaway release sold as BA1 and BA2 for lanyards are not sold as safety equipment nor are they intended for such reason.  These items allow easy attachment by the user only. We strongly advise and believe that nothing should be worn around the neck close to machinery or equipment or in any situation where entanglement could cause injury or death.

Discrepancies: We are not responsible for any discrepancies after the order has been confirmed and proof has been approved.

Modifications to a custom order: No order may be modified, cancelled, or returned once the final proof has been approved and production has begun.

Product Warranty: All items are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of a breach of warranty, buyer's sole and exclusive remedy is a return of the item for repair or replacement. IDProductsource disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties arising from course detailing or usage of trade and warranties of non-infringement.

Repeat Orders: There is no set up or artwork charge for most products if exact artwork duplication is specified.  However, if there are any minor changes whatsoever to the original artwork we will deem this as a new order and therefore all applicable set up charges will apply.  We keep art on file for a period of 2 years and it may be necessary after this period to prepare new art.

Return of Imprinted Items: Imprinted items cannot be returned.

Return of Stock Items: Can be returned within 60 days and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable freight charges.

Shipping & Handling: IDproductsource ships all products FOB from our various manufacturing facilities and use approved carriers such as UPS and FedEx.  All packages ship ground unless otherwise specified. All charges will be billed using IDproductsource account unless client provides carrier account number.  COD shipping is not available.  Additional handling charges will be charged per box for all shipments in the following cases; split shipments $5.00(z), package redirect $10.00(z), package address corrections $10.00(z), and package intercepts $10.00(z).

Shortages: All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of an order.

Terms: All orders are subject to Credit Approval, initial orders always require credit card payments and payment in advance, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For your company to apply for credit terms please call our credit department and we will explain our procedures.

Trademarks: All copy or other materials submitted by customers for use by IDproductsource in the production of items ordered will be accepted as fully compliant with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, or patent.
